Refund policy

This policy applies to bgready credit packs sold by Codepower OÜ. Payments are processed by Stripe.
1. Unused credit packs (14 days)
If you buy a credit pack and have not used any credits from that purchase (and your account shows the pack unused), you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing info@codepower.io with your account email and receipt/reference.
2. EU / EEA withdrawal right for digital content
Where consumer withdrawal rights apply to digital content, those rights are respected as required by law. At checkout we ask for your express consent to begin performance immediately and your acknowledgement that you lose the withdrawal right once credits from that pack are used (or the digital content is otherwise supplied as described at checkout).
3. Failed operations
If a chargeable operation fails on our side, we refund the related credits to your balance automatically or on request.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Abuse of chargebacks may lead to suspension.
