What are credits and how do I get them?

Credits unlock HD downloads and AI backgrounds. New accounts receive 3 free credits. Buy packs on the pricing page (Stripe Checkout when payments are enabled).

How much does HD download cost?

1 credit per image, charged once when you unlock full resolution. Preview stays free.

How much does an AI background cost?

1 credit per successful AI generation from the editor (or API equivalent).

How long do you keep my images?

24 hours. After that, jobs and files are deleted automatically. Download what you need before expiry.

Who processes my images?

Cutouts and AI fills run through our workers and third-party AI providers as needed to deliver the feature. See Privacy and Terms.

How does the API work?

Create an API key after sign-in, then upload → poll → download (or use sync removebg). Same credits and retention as the website. Full reference: API docs.

Which file formats are supported?

Upload: PNG, JPEG, WebP, HEIC/HEIF. Download: PNG (with transparency), JPG, WebP.

Is there a WooCommerce plugin?

Yes — bgready for WooCommerce queues jobs via the API and can replace product images. Setup notes are in the API docs.
